Cavehill Investments Limited
CIL was formed in the British West Indies’ island of Anguilla in 1998.
CIL was initially a passive investments company (PIC) but it converted into a holding company, as the new millennium dawned, because it eventually acquired 100% of the shares of Rogers Services Limited (RSL), which is now the OCSL Group PIC.
In 2018, it became a member company of the OCSL Group together with RSL with the intention that CIL would specialize in “alternative investments” while RSL would remain traditional investment focused.
CIL also offers “support services” to the Group including director, manager and nominee shareholder services.
In addition, CIL also assist clients who require banking, alternative banking and “off ramping” services.
Furthermore, CIL is the Group company that participates/partners in joint-venture and/or commercial business opportunities, which are offered to the Group.
As regards alternative investments, CIL has team members who are expert in crypto and forex investing. Plus, we are interested in other alternative investments if promoters can withstand the initial “sniff” tests.

Commercial Ventures
Cavehill Investments Limited (CIL) acts as the Group’s joint venture (JV) business partner company and it is already participating in two cross-border JVs. We are also open to participating in other JVs if beneficial to CIL and co-partners. CIL can assist with tax-efficient structuring and can also obtain banking facilities, for trading vehicles, plus CIL can assist to obtain financing, for JVs, through our network of business partners and affiliates (BPAs).
FINANCING
Credit facilities
Cavehill Investments Limited (CIL) has BPAs who specialize in financing of all kinds of assets including digital assets. Loan financing can include non-recourse loans in certain circumstances. Funding for commercial ventures (CVs) can also be secured subject to collateral and other risk considerations.
TRADING
Commodities
Cavehill Investments Limited (CIL) is often approached by buyers seeking various types of commodities. So, CIL is willing to partner with legitimate sellers of commodities to assist our buyers. (No time wasters and/or scammers please). Prior to introducing a seller to a buyer, for a high-value commodity transaction, sellers must agree to undergo due diligence checks if required by a buyer. The commodities that CIL will transact in include gold and precious metals, diamonds and other gemstones, fuels and fuel alternatives, plus agricultural products. Other high-margin commodities can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
PARTNERSHIPS
Risk Management
Cavehill Investments Limited (CIL) reduces risks by outsourcing critical business functions to our Business Partners and Affiliates (BPAs). Such business functions can include legal advice, accounting, auditing, fund administration, compliance services, and various tax advisory services. We also outsource incorporation, registered agent and fiduciary services in jurisdictions where we have no capacity to deliver such services. Rogers Services Limited
RSL and Isle of Man (IOM) company that is the oldest OCSL Group member company, as it was formed, in 1979, by Briain Rogers OBE (our CEO’s father).
RSL was a small corporate services company for 30+ years although it ultimately solely became a PIC, in 2011, when our CEO decided that the IOM was now too regulated, to deliver corporate services, because that would require a compliance infrastructure investment that was not viable.
As a PIC, RSL now holds substantial investment portfolios with two regulated asset managers that focus on balanced-risk traditional investments. It also owns the building that houses the OCSL Group office.
Despite the traditional investment knowledge, we do not deliver investment advice because RSL is not IOM licensed to deliver such advice. Nevertheless, we can refer clients to asset managers with good track record upon specific request.
RSL’s other role is financing Group operations because it covers the sterling expenses that are incurred by the Group.

Alternative Investing
Alternative investments is an investment sector that has been boosted by Artificial Intelligence (AI) because AI systems can deliver very high investment returns as they eliminate human emotions from the trading equation. In addition, an AI system can process vast quantities of comparative trading data in short order. Nevertheless, this is a sector that is also awash with scammers and fraudsters. However, you can rely on our team of AI investing specialists to keep you safe. Indeed, we like to “road test” the alternative investments that we recommend.
PERFORMANCE
Traditional Investments
The OCSL team are excited by the largely untapped potential of alternative investments. Nevertheless, we recognize that a well-diversified investment portfolio should include traditional investments such as stocks, bonds, cash, real estate holdings (or real estate funds) and various types of funds including hedge funds. We won’t deliver “traditional investments” advice but we can refer our clients to traditional investment managers with better track record than most.
SUPPORT SERVICE
Virtual Family Office
For High Net Worth (HNW) clients, CIL offers a Virtual Family Office (VFO) service. The VFO is physically located with a Turkish law firm although it actually exists in the “Cloud” as all services are internet delivered. In addition, the VFO services that our HNW clients require are outsourced to our BPAs. (See our “Business Partners” page).
